Default 2010 & 2011 Schedule

I would like to re-post the 2010 dates and share the dates for 2011 which have been given provisional (provisional in that things do happen: earthquakes, for instance) approval by the park. The battle for scarce resources has swung our way, and our program is firmly in place at the hangar. Indoor racers can expect to have a home in Seattle for a long time. Our investment in equipment, but more importantly time and effort toward skill, will not go to waste.

That's 53 race days! Indoor racing in the northwest is thriving, and not only at H30. It hardly seems possible that SIR was still open 12 months ago, or that we could come so far after the heavy blow of that loss. But we now have a successful, low cost operating model that can endure so long as we work together. Let's close out the year with pride in our achievement. It's no one person's success, it belongs to us all. We'll have a beautiful new track in the new year, and a lot of hard racing and fun times to come.

Look out for small bits of lead in your general direction. Likely to hit what those wamers were intended to protect.

Many thanks to Todd. He has diligently fought to keep the Hanger available for us to race in. Let us all continue to follow that lead and pitch in to make it grow and thrive. Do what you can, whenever you can.
See ya all Wed. night, when we can try some crazy gearing, cause the motors will not overheat.

I'm not sure how pandas do in the cold. We're still trying to reintroduce him into the wild and don't need any more outbursts.

Default Racing Tomorrow Night: Cold but DRY!

Just so everyone is clear, and because I've gotten a call about it, the floor will be dry! There will be no pressure washing. Jake was joking! That's why we call him Jokey Jake, the Slavic Humor Sensation. It will be brisk, yes. But also dry. Very dry.

So, see you tomorrow. 5pm setup. And if anyone wants, feel free to bring a propane heater. No electric heaters, please, unless it's battery powered. I'm bringing one propane heat blower that I plan to aim at the paddock, and another for race central.

Its ready to mount, unfourtunatly I did put some holes in it, but if you are a fan of the simpsons you could think of them as "speed holes". =)

What I really need is a backup lipo pack for practice, ect. If anyone wants to talk about a possible deal PM me and let me know what you have, what you think its worth, ect. I am putting the value of this at around $35-$40 I spent a good deal of time on it, its a nice looking body and I hear they handle great in scale spec.
Any one wants to come take a look or make me an offer on this I'll have it with me on wednesday. Also looking for a silver can motor!
