Default Racing Canceled 12/29

Hello Racers!

Hangar 30 racing is canceled tonight 12/29.

With weather and travel, Parks is having problems getting staff coverage, so the hangar is closed for the rest of the week.

We will be back in the new year. Until then, Have fun and stay safe!

with my schedule, I have about 50% changes of making it tomorrow, but if I can make it I am hoping to race some 21.5 TC with my ARC R12. I did the build back in the summer of 2020 but it still does not have a single race on it.

I also wanted to confirm that we are a go for tomorrow night, 01/12/2022, as a lot of things have been starting to shut back down.

Sad to say, but I think last night was my last race for awhile......at least until this latest outbreak calms down. That and getting assaulted by Alex's 12th scale car on the side of the track can really shorten one's lifespan

Hope to see everyone at Seatac!

Default Looking to Join you Mar 23rd

I travel often between SoCal and Seattle. Looking to join you at H30 on Mar 23rd.
Itís been a few years since Iíve raced, wonít be competitive, but looking forward to some fun running smooth flowing laps.

I have some questions:
  1. Does H30 end in Mar and pick back up in Sep? What is the 2022 thoughts?
  2. Iím set up for 21.5 Stk Sedan, but looks like sedan attendance is only USGT? Donít have anything USGT spec, but I should prepare for that? Iíll order the USGT tires, but ...
  3. Help me with the motor: you run ROAR 25.5, not the 21.5 FT USGT spec?
  4. Iíll be in Queen Anne, anybody coming from that direction I could bum a ride from?

Thanks all, looking forward to joining you.

Indoor USGT runs 25.5, outdoor (seatac) we run 21.5 for USGT

Hanger 30 is Wednesday night racing on carpet during the fall/winter months.
SeaTac racing is mostly Saturday (some Sat/Sun) events held on asphalt near the SeaTac airport. It is open all year but racing is held during the spring/summer months.

The two clubs are the same group of people who are friendly and welcoming.

Thanks for all the input.
Looks like I may make Mar 9th as well.
I see on your website USGT motor rules list the Tamiya 540 Silver Can, can I use that?
I'd use a clean motor, no magnetically adv timing motor.

Anybody coming from Queen Anne direction?

Thanks.

Yes, any ROAR 25.5 motor or silver can is allowed.

Points are updated as of today! Our class champs are all-but sewn up, but podium spots are still there for the taking. Hard to believe there's only two races left!
We go again this Wednesday!
