Wednesday night 1/12th scale! Such a beautiful thing.
Traffic has been light this week, so come out to the galactically famous Hangar 30 at Magnuson Park, where this club crawled out of the primordial muck and grew lungs and opposable thumbs.
I have it on good authority that we have friends driving all the way from PDX to join us, so let's give them a proper Seattle welcome followed by our signature beat down. They're not taking home any prizes!

Since Bill has been taking the trouble to keep points, I finally did my part to get them on the home page of the club's website. Current Gym and Hangar points are immediately below their respective track records. See how you're doing through the season. We'll be getting cups again this year to reward the top three.

Right on! It's race day with a hall pass in the AM. Lets get it on. Last race of the year!
Even Predmore could make this one. Come on. You know you wanna.

Im 20 hours away enjoying watching people think 65 degrees is cold...
. Raced buggy a couple of times down here, once inside clay and once outside real dirt, did D Land from open to close and hitting 3rd street and the Pier in Santa Monica today. Then I need to cram everything back in the car and drive home this weekend... The rug is on my mind... not sure if Kody is ready for a face to face yet since I announced my return to AE TC with the TC7 announcement..

Do you guys get a decent turn out for WGT? Edit: checked the results/no

Andy,
I will self claim that I am the biggest wgt supporter. The answer is no. But that doesn't mean things can change. It's a simple thing of communicating to the troops: toss your wgt in the bag tonight, lets race! They are super fun at H30! The track feels "snug" without being tight. There are a couple bumps in the floor which add to the character of the layout. The traction is great. You can really drive them hard.
Mine's ready to go and I will toss it in the box!

I just want to race Brian's mod 12th scale. What I mean by that is, Brian sets the car up, trues the tires, charges the battery and turns it all on and puts it on the track. I'll be waiting on the drivers stand when he hands me the radio. After the first corner of the practice lap, Brians grabs the remaining pieces of the car and puts it back together for Q2. He then picks the pieces up after corner #2. Rinse and repeat until I can drive an entire heat without pieces having to be picked up. Then he won't be so worried every night he has to set the car up for me before a race. Thanks Brian!

Survey Says.....
5 I don't like that plan
4 You can't hand the truth, let alone mod
3 I can crush my own cars just fine
2 You will pee a little
1 I haven't perfected the wheelie bar yet and I've seen you drive

Can i drive it? Maybe it will give me a spark to dust off my 12th scale thats been sitting on the shelf for a few years . Which btw i grabbed off the shelf to look at it last week and the hotbodies shock still feels amazing even tho its just been sitting. Says alot about those little shocks.
