Mod TC Final drive can spread a larger range anywhere between 8.0-8.8 depending on the motor, and ESC setup (boosted or non boosted). If you're not boosting and using blinky mode, lower. If uses turbo and boosteses, higher.

If you shout out a combo you're curious about, I'm sure we can point you in the right direction.

Hope that helps!

It does! Thanks!

Though, I'm not really looking to race mod right now, just curious about some numbers...I don't think I'm a good enough driver to handle the speed. Although, I admit the sheer speed is tempting, as well as not really needing to worry about running the motor or battery of the month (once you get good enough for that to make a difference).

Default Hangar 30, Round 6 Results

Sorry for the delay in posting the results, fellas. I had to fly to SpoCompton to help my parents recover from some medical issues and the last 48 hours has been a real barn-burner. Here’s a quick summary of the evening:

Scale Spec –In the mains, Micah Keochanpheng took the bump out of the B, Mark Brown took TQ for the A with Chris Perry close behind. In the A main, Mark held the lead for the first 2 minutes until an incident allowed Chis to take the lead. And ultimately the win. Chris 1st, Mark 2nd and Mike 3rd.

Stock 1/12 – Todd took TQ and more importantly his first 49 lapper at the hangar. Stuart and Brian were also very strong with 48 and 45 laps respectively. Stuart upped his game in the main, keeping close to Todd throughout the 8 minutes and turning 49 laps just like his dad. In the end, Todd took the win 8.7 seconds.

Novice – Ryan and Max Lence took advantage of the loaner program and spread beyond their offroad roots and give the rug a shot. Ryan took TQ and the win, while Max turned quicker and quicker laps throughout the night.

Stock Touring – Korey Harbke laid down a scorching 37/6:05 with a 9.563 fast lap in round 2, which appeared to set a new track record. Unfortunately the car had just been built, and came back from tech a mere 16 grams too light. Korey took it in stride, and committed to taking another run at the record in the coming months. In the main it was Korey 1st, Bill 2nd, and Rob 3rd.

Results are attached. Mark your calendar for January 28th.

out of curiosity... have you found a way to get the rollout you need in stock for the CC? the xray 1/12th?? with my killshot 17.5, I was rolling out around 107.. thinking a target of 107.5 to 108.5 is where im going to want to be

I got a 70 tooth spur from RW racing that lets me get enough rollout. I think that my Reedy Mach 1 might be getting a little tired though - it was coming off at around 130 degrees with 95 mm of rollout at H30.

Default Saturday Race Night

It has been nearly a month since our last race at the Magnuson Community Center. Speaking only for myself and Stuart, we're getting excited for our return! We are both hoping to build on our good Modified efforts in Canada, and Stuart will also be returning to the Stock 1/12th field. He misses his compadres!

The CC will be open most of the day for youth basketball, but it's turned over to us no later than 5. I'll be there between 4:30 and 5:00, ready to leap into action at the earliest opportunity. We're running our standard program: Stock & Mod 1/12th and TC, Scale Spec, and Novice. The program has run like a finely oiled watch so far this season, so expect the usual two quals and a main and a (somewhat) reasonable wrap-up.

Let's race!
