Default Feb 1st 2009 TRCR Vintage Race!

Allright guys, I know you have one. An old RC10, JRX2, Hornet, Yokomo collecting dust in your closet. It's time to bust that antique out and race it! Sunday, January 18th we will be having the TRCR vintage race. It will be added into the normal club race schedule as another class.

The rules are simple,

*The car has to be at least 3 generations old

*Vintage tires encouraged(but not required)

*Tamiya re-issues are allowed

*The race is just for fun(don't beat them up)

*Modern electronics allowed

Also this time I would like to have a concours event. So bring out your best vintage ride and let's see who has the coolest vintage car in the northwest!

Jan 18th is the ECT, maybe, kinda sorta?

Would a "vintage" driver be enough?

Default Change of Date

Okey dokey I'm an idiot! January 18th is the day of the ECT race, my bad. So with the input of some other racers I've decided to move the vintage race to Sunday Feb. 1st. This will give racers some time to recoop from the ECT race, and have more time to get your vintage car ready.

P.S. Skypilot. A XXXT MF1 is still a XXXT so you gotta go older. Sorry bro.
And Brian, I have that memo right here, I'll remember to put a cover sheet on my TPS reports.

Hey Driftking, that thing is rad. I can't wait to see it run on the track. If you sweet talk Scott Brown he might have some tranny parts for you. He's got like 20 RC10's piled up on his desk.

Does the car have to be 3 generations old or 3 platforms old?
Either way my Yokomo MX-4 is 3 deep. B-max, MR-4BX and MR-4BC.
