Pretty schmitty...it was built for one thing and one thing is to race at SIR. Yes, there is a small fortune in coin just in the chassis...yes I will have to be carefull learning how to drive it, but I assure you, once I get this thing nailed down it will be very competitive. It may be a bit before I'm turning consistant sub 11's, but we'll be there I assure you. Motors for the Scary F201 are the stock black can at first (gonna burn up the stock tires too getting used to it) then a Reedy Quad Mag, and I want to get a Br00d Evo. Gearing is set at stock 55/20. No radio or ESC yet, batteries are GP 3300 from Doug over-the-counter. Chassis setup closely mirrors MLP's setup, we'll tweak here and there once I get it to the asphalt and see how she runs.

nice job, the mlp setup is what dan is using on his chassis and it is sweet, not sure how the "stock tires" will work, i would consider pit medium all around for sir.

marty, hows the new chassis coming.

I have two sets of Pit mediums for racing. I'm gonna use the stockers at first just to get a feel for the car and re-learn how to drive. As for price? Well...plenty...let's just let it go at that. My goal was to get the car chassis-wise as light as possible, the batteries and other electronics will add significant weight. Maybe it'll be light enough to run a fairly soft damper setup and soft tires. We'll see...
