Thanks Brian, it’s always been a blast, as well as an honor to share the driver stand with you! I’ve always been a big fan of yours! Great seeing ya buddy!👍
It definitely had that Fanatsy World flair indeed! So many thanks to Todd and ‘Seattle RC Racers’ crew to keep this legendary race alive! There were plenty Fantasy World faces out there this weekend for sure! Always good to see y’all!
Giving credit where credit is due...hats off to you Mr. Dave McLean, for the set up tips and all the practice sessions! Ok, that’s all the recognition you get! Moving on...
I’ve always wanted to say this...it took FOREVER but, this one is for you, Jose Morales!👍

2019 Summer Sizzler Results
A huge thank you to the racers who joined us for what turned out to be a stellar edition of the Summer Sizzler. The only hitch came on Saturday with some early rain, but the track dried out and in the end, we were delayed only about two hours. After that, it was full speed ahead on a wonderfully prepped track. We paid homage to the late, great Tamiya track with our layout. It had all three signature features: a backside 180, front straight, and a keep-it-real chicane that caught us all out at least once. It produced marvelous close racing.
Congratulations to our winners!
17.5 Super Stock Touring: Marc Cabanag
Modified Touring: Alex Pate
21.5 USGT: Brett Sisley
Formula One: Korey Harbke
Modified 1/12th: Todd Mason
Novice: Grant Griffiths
TCS Mini: Mike Boyle
We are proud to continue the Summer Sizzler tradition on behalf of the Puget Sound onroad racing scene. We'll be back next year.
Results attached.

What an awesome weekend!! Thanks to Todd, Jake, Alex, and everyone else who made the Sizzler happen one more time. Thanks to Jesse for the "Burien Reunion" in GT. Congrats Marc on the win in 17.5; so, so proud of you; and so looking forward to epic battles. And yes, it was almost like Joser was up there on the stand w/us Brian: All good. Actually, after thinking about it, I think the best thing is for you to p/u (or someone to permanently donate) a TC and make it a regular thing! Congrats Alex on the Mod win!
Feel so blessed on so many levels being a part of this hobby. Crazy how it continues to be made new after so much time.
All the best. See ya'll at the track.
