Hi all,
Car show updates for Saturday. The show starts at 10am, which means some of us will probably be there at about 8 or earlier to finish the setup so we can start racing as close to 10 as possible. We will also be doing some setup on Friday starting at about 4pm. In the attached image of the location "R" will be where racing will be, "P" is where we are allowed to park (so right next to the track), "C" is where the cars will be, and "M" is where the music and beer garden will be. The local Kiwanis group will be selling hot dogs and some other basics during the day. Our friend Tabletop Root Beer Shop will be over next to us if you want a cold root beer or a sampler pack. There is no power nearby so bring your charging batteries or generators. The surface is brushed concrete so the grip should be okay overall, but different. The grass area next to the track is a hill so that is where we will have people watching. Our area is right where people are shuttled in via golf cart so anyone that comes will be coming right past us. I added a couple of photos from the ground too. a couple of cracks, but nothing that cannot be worked around, no oil that we saw. Should be a fun day. If you have questions just let us know.

Race fees for tomorrow's racing at the House of Fire are whatever you feel like donating... So if you want to keep to the normal $10 a class, great, want to give some more, that is awesome, forgot your wallet, that's cool too. Whatever you give us for race fees half stays with the club and the other half goes to support Packs for Kids and the Everett Food Bank.

Hi there. Yes we do. Club races should start on 4/23 but we are still waiting on the bill from the facility so that we know that we have a locked schedule. Hopefully have that next week and then we can publish.

TCS has been pushed up 2-weeks to 7/16. That just finalized late last week.

It has been a slog this year but after working with the district and paying our fees we officially have the following race dates:

2023 Race Days:
4/23
5/7
5/21
6/4
6/18
7/2
7/16 (Regional TCS Race) - This was changed when we lost 7/30 with the venue
7/23
8/27
More may be added later this spring/summer.

Race fees remain $10 per class. Setup starts at 9am and racing to begin as soon as we can get it all set up with a target of 11:30.

Sunday is very iffy weather wise and we are keeping an eye on it. Even if the chance of rain lowers, the temp for the day is looking to be pretty low so things may not dry out. Be sure to check back here, or on Facebook for an update. The final go or no-go will be decided on Saturday.
