Hi I just picked up a photon cefx and a spare EX I'm wondering if anybody has any experience with these chassis having some trouble getting the motor mounted correctly so that there is enough room for the gear and pinion to line up correctly

Running 21.5 photon and trying a 100 tooth spur but i just jumped down the pinion to 38 tooth. Ill look at those threads. Thanks

That’s the problem. 100t 64p? If so those are used for 13.5 motors and lower. Most cars using 21.5 use between 88-96t 64p spurs. Best to check the linked threads to find the optimal spur for your car. |
