Questions??

Only a few of you have posted your opinion on motor choice for the Trans Am class. We have about a month before the first race. I want to give everybody enough time to get ready. A decision will be made by the end of April. So lets hear from you if you want your opinion heard!

Thumbs up Trans Am Class

Well it seems as though TA class is looking like it will have regular attendance. Good going guys!!! I still want to hear from you all about what rules you want to use. It looks like the HPI rules are leeding the pack. Thanks to Alex for pointing them out to me I will post again soon with more updates

Maybe we can get him to get a Tamiya Mini RTR. Very easy to drive and anyone can charge his packs for him....... He only has to worry about showing up at the Driver's stand!

Default RACE TIME

Those of you who are coming to Staten Island Try and show up early to get a good pit spot. We will be pitting around the track right from our full size cars. We should have enough space for everyone but come early anyway. Car pooling is a good idea too. It will make for more room for everyone. Myself and my crew will be there early to set up the track. Anyone who wants to help will not be refusedHope to see you there. John Brown

Default Trans Am Rules??????

Guys I need your input on the motor choice for the TA class. I'm really undesided on this issue. I would like to do whats best for the class to make it thrive. Help me out!!!!! On another note. The motors for the M-chassis class are on there way from Tamiya so we're good to go in Mini.

I would like to see it stick to VTA rules, but in the interest of getting people to run it I would say use the 17.5 .

I'm probably going to run the 21.5 for the first run as a comparison to the 17.5 and see how it does on a more open layout.

I'm just worried that it will be to much like runnig stock rubber tire and the interest will fade.
