Well, good show tonight guys. Awesome job once again by the RCHR crew. The Rockstar shined bright tonight. Almost a 20 lap run in 3rd round. Kevin, your truck is getting there too. It is FAST.. I ran my vintage 4wd, and have some kinks to work out though. All in all a good night. The kiddies always have a great time, the champ is HERE.

So what's the deal with qualifiers for vintage nats?
The rcsignup doohicky has all the qualifiers listed for saturday while the first page of this thread has 3 rounds listed for sunday morning. Anyone know which suit we'll follow? I only ask because I have to cut out by 3 or 4 on Saturday and if there's no bump-ups, the whole weekend might be a washout for me.

BTW.....I posted this query on rc10talk.com, but Freddy and I seem to be the only two people that read that thread.

Is that still with the 17.5? If so then you really have that thing moving. I know wednesday when I went 2 had mod motors and it looked like everyone else had 17.5 or stocks.

Just need to make sure I have the right motor for the next trophy race.

It always has been a ROAR spec'd truck. 17.5 tekin all the way. I did run the SPX in my vintage 17.5 4wd, and it ran like a mod.

sounds good. then congrats on getting some fast, clean racing. 20 laps with a 17.5 motor is moving.

just wanted to make sure since I know graves and another had 10.5's on wednesday. I had my novak in it for the last race and have one of the new ballistic series coming so I am set just wanted be sure that things havent changed in my absense.

Thanks. It is always a good feeling to beat MOD truck with a measly SPEC truck. See you trackside.

The event will be run according to the flyer...http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=48&t=10492

1 round on Saturday, 3 rounds on Sunday

when you fill out the event form on RCSignup.com, it only asks how many rounds of qualifying and when they start. I didn't see any way to specify that 1 round would be on Saturday and 3 rounds would be on Sunday...I'll see what I can do to clarify that...maybe only be able to in the comments section.

I know what you mean. Its kinda fun to be the underdog. Actually ran my sc10 for a little practice with some 8th scales the other day.

Anyways I probably wont see you until the trophy race on the 29th.

Nobody ever said I was the underdog. See you then.

Had my pit box and my trucks all set and ready to go and I got called into friggin work. Aside from playing doctor with super hot foreign chicks and drinkin top shelf martinis, being a secret agent isn't all it's cracked up to be.
Finally got my 10T all set with a Novak 17.5, Trinity Lipo and a nice new Blue Bird LP servo. I was looking forward to running it for a round or two in Mod truck. I'm gonna expect not to be able to race this coming Saturday so I'll be down on Wednesday night if I'm able.
Hope to see everyone on the 23rd.
