Default Tekno SCT 410?

Hi all! Thanks for this forum - I had no idea such a good track existed in this part of CT. Do any folks run the Tekno SCT 410 at this track? I just finished a build and love this truck.

Also, can you confirm if Mod 4x4 SC means any type of battery and motor, or just any motor as long as battery is 2S? What are some typical (winning) motor / battery / esc setups in this class? I currently run the HW SCT-PRO with a 4700kv motor on 2S and want to know if I'm going to be in the ballpark performance wise.

Yes, the Tekno SCT 410 is run at the track, its one of the more popular choices. 4x4 SC gets a pretty regular turnout of around 5 or so guys, more so now that we've moved outside.

Battery limit is 2s and you can pretty much run whatever motor you want but just realize the tracks (indoor and outdoor) are not huge so a really fast motor is going to be a hindrance more than a help.

I can't speak on what's a popular motor/esc combo as I don't have an 4x4 SCT.

Thanks Eric, Yes the SCT410 is probably the most popular 4wd SC. Any motor is ok as long as its 2s. We race on Wednesday & Saturday Nights...practice every other day. Check the website for the hours, Trophy Race schedule and videos of past races. Thanks!

I love nothing more than watching the Pros marshal for the rookies/sportsman class. Haha, good times, good times.
