I thought John was changing the layout starting yesterday evening? Will the track be ready in time for WNW?

We are going to keep this layout for the trophy race. Its been a really fun layout and still in good shape. That being said, we are all set for wnw and next weekend. We are going to focus this week on track prep and making sure the surface is in tip top shape for the weekend. The next layout we work on will be the outdoor track which we well hopefully be racing on in the very near future.

Layout is fun, but 3 Trophy races in a row? I know its alot of work so my vote is to just fix the pothole in the beginning of the sweeper. Can't wait for the warm weather to get outside.....

I definitely will do a new layout, but I hate rushing it before a trophy race. I will concentrate on doing the outdoor track first.

Watching the Psycho Nitro blast and see they have a 40+ class for us old farts. We need this at RCHR!!

Also, some of the guys were talking recently about getting a 2wd mod shortcourse class going once we move outside, I think there were 6 people who said they'd be in for this. Anyone else?

Agreed!

I'm down for mod SC as long as no one gets bent out of shape running against a Short Course Buggy.

Sounds like you need a Hudy crying towel.

Not sure I will run the class, but you know people are gonna say something when their trucks are getting blown backwards when the wind picks up. That's what happened to my truck on a few occasions.

Oh yea, multiply the crying by 5 if it's a trophy race.

I'm just tired of lending my shoulder to you whipper snappers to cry on when this old guy dominates.

Who wants to be a swell individual and loan me an 8th scale esc for this up coming weekend? My Orion (NIB) is out for service.

Ported my electronics from the T4.1 to the B44 for the outdoor season (keeping the Lazer for indoors). Plan on running 4wd buggy, 17.5 buggy, and 4wd SC for outdoors.

Going to retire the T4.1. Not enough space to store it anywhere but the basement (my own damn fault - too many Yokomos), so I might be willing to sell it for the right price. RPM arms front and rear and a couple of sets of wheels/tires. I also have miscellaneous spares I can include (hub carriers, etc.), in addition to some GPM aftermarket parts that haven't been installed yet.
