you probably just have to calibrate it with your remote this happened to me before and alls I had to do was calibrate my Speedo with my remote if it was brand new it should of came with directions and just read those it is very easy to calibrate

make sure all your epa's are set at 100 and make sure you try a couple different sensor wires

Are you the James that's my "neighbor" in the back room? Hit me up, if you need I could let you borrow an esc while you're working through the LRP snafu.

As far as the 22 and forward bite, have any of you tried shimming the tranny up 1mm? Makes a difference in forward traction and you won't lose any side bite if you only go 1mm. It's one of the primary tuning options on the XFactory buggies and it really makes a difference on traction. There's a how to in the Losi Blogs for which shims to use, they recommend the alloy shims due to the outside diameter of the 1mm shim. It's a bit of a pain as you need 6 hands to get it to all fall into place the right way but it does make a big difference.

Freddie you got that camber link and ball stud ready for me or what?!?
