Talking Organizing 1/10 4wd street races: Brooklyn

I'm getting back in to RC, and looking to organize some street course races in my area.

I'm looking for interested racers: street course racing, I'm thinking the races can be a mix of Touring and 4wd/2wd Off-Road vehicles.

Target racing dates: July 2019
When I say street racing I mean: Traffic Cone course, outdoor NYC locations (LED road flares for night races)

Course details:
- Near Williamsburg Bridge, Williamsburg, Brooklyn, no traffic.
- Mix of asphalt, sidewalk, some gravel and rough cocrete patches.
- No real jumps/terrain like true off road cousrses, but 4wd/2wd Off-Road vehicles tuned for rough street/sidewalk.
- Not enough flat-out asphalt for on-road pan cars, but certainly Touring/TT cars would eat it up.
- Plywood transitions to sidewalk sections, (not thinking jumps off sidewalk is really appropriate but lets see)
- night/evening racing is best for the location (less foot traffic, plenty of light)
- area has podeum-like area to stand and race from
- No electrical/facilities, (restrooms near by but otherwise it's the street)

- Motors: I'd be happy to do a spec class
- Or, just go unlimited if that's what people want

- Cars: I like building 4wd, but totally welcome to 2wd buggy etc... Happy to modify the course to even out various vehicle advantages for challenging racing.

Thoughts? Interest? Suggestions?

It would be better if you have a car and can travel. I have lived in NYC for a long time and lately it's been the best if you are into circuit racing in nearby tracks. Plenty of tracks within reasonable distance such as 360v2; cruizinRC and Brooklyn Hobbies + a few others out in LI and NJ. Racing on the streets or parking lot may result in unwanted consequences.
