Default NEW Team Energy D10SC 1/10th Scale Brushless Powered Short Course Truck

Team Energy has developed an all new 1/10 scale racing chassis. This machine is built burly to handle tough terrain while its suspension and controls handle like a precision guided missile. This is a ready to run short course truck that you can take to jumps for big thrills or take it to a track for top level racing competition. The D10SC electric powered short course truck has everything that a basher or racer would want packed into an amazing radio controlled racing vehicle.

As soon as you take the truck out of the box you will be greeted with the awesome and beautiful painted body. The body features futuristic styling and you will notice the preinstalled vertical stabilizing fins on the back of the truck. On the underside of the truck you will notice pre-molded tracings for vent holes. If you’ve ever bashed or raced a short course truck you know how the body acts as a parachute when going over jumps. With the vent holes cut this will minimize this effect and give you better handling.

The Team Energy D10SC has a long list of performance parts, making for the best and lightest short course truck on the scene. To start off, the D10SC has a full 3mm thick 6061 hard anodized aluminum chassis. The new narrower chassis and side-guards shed weight compared to other short course trucks while allowing optimized weight distribution of the electronics mounting for improved overall handling.

The D10SC also has fresh designed suspension arms featuring centerline shock mounts and an optimized anti-roll bar position. The new suspension arms were designed to work with the aluminum low center of gravity shock towers to improve and optimize the suspension geometry, making the D10SC more plush and forgiving in rougher terrain. 16mm Big Bore aluminum and threaded oil filled shocks also help the short course truck achieve maximum control over any terrain.

The drive train is also beefed up metal geared differentials and thick axle cups. Thick drive axles reach out to the wheel hubs with CVD joints in the front and traditional dog-bone style setup in the rear. There are no bushings on this vehicle; every rotating piece is treated with high quality sealed ball bearings for low drag and maximum rolling and rotating efficiency. Thick chassis braces mounted in strategic high leverage points ensure your hard jumps and landings do not warp or bend the chassis.

At both ends of the short course truck, the D10SC has everything you'd expect from an all-out competition kit, including thick anodized aluminum steering link with ackerman adjustment, adjustable roll center, thick adjustable turnbuckle links, aligned king pin and universal joint pivots, sway bars front and rear, steel adjustable turnbuckles, and adjustable shock mounting positions. There are tons of adjustment that can allow you to tune this short course truck any way you want it handle. The factory settings are awesome straight out of the box for a wide range of running situations.

The D10SC is a brushless powered short course truck which means instant power unlike its nitro powered counterparts that require revving up an internal combustion engine. The power is ready to rock and roll on tap! A 14.8v 4000mah 45C battery discharges its juice into a 100amp waterproof speed controller. Spinning all that power is a 3674 2400kv high torque brushless motor. This setup tortures the pavement and dirt.

All of the latest Team Energy kits are now fitted with a comfortable and feature-packed Dimension GT3X 2.4GHz radio system for supreme control and confidence. The radio features a pistol-grip design with 3 channel functionality, easy carry handle, fold-down antenna, end point adjustments, servo reversing, steering and throttle dual rates, steering and throttle exponential adjustments, and even channel mixing. It's also extremely lightweight due to it requiring only four AA batteries. The radio prevents frequency conflicts automatically and changes channels if there is any interference. You'll have professional-level control in one easy ready to run package.

The Team Energy D10SC is a seriously awesome package. Elevate your short course truck game to the next level with the new D10SC ready to run kit, and drive what the winners drive!
