Yea, some running always loosens diffs up. Was just kind of concerned because these were more crunchy than all the other cars I've built.
Molested the living daylights out of the binding ends and they are 70% there.

Building the clutch now, Novarossi take the 2 shims shown in the illustration? Can't find my flywheel puller and wanna get it right first time.

My car is basically done. Finishing up the body.

Reading up on option parts. Wondering which ones are a must.

Yea, kyosho mentioned those. I haven't driven it yet either. Trying to get the larger pinion issue resolved. The evolva bell and gears are off center, I'll have to play with shimming the gears and/or whole assembly. Looks like the serpent bell and pinions might be the better choice. Xray has some offerings as well. Looks like some more digging will be needed.

I picked up another body, will work on that this week, too. Not happy the way this one turned out, I'll likely dump it.

I might be getting this car, too

PN ending VS058.

Here is a pic of another clutch bell, it's short as well.

right, I see. it does not look so bad but maybe a bit off. I think we used some shims behind the pinion 2nd gear.

Break in pretty much done. Tune time later today. Wonder if a GT/Rally motor is more suited to this car over the current on-road one. Started a new body for it as well.

Looks good! Yeah rally cross / offroad motors are better suited since using an offroad clutch and the car is heavier with rubber tires, I think. I hope you're using an air filter though not pictured

My buddy is gonna give me a dedicated GT engine. I've got a Capricorn 803 that I'll likely put this motor on. Wonder if the GT motor will turn anywhere near the rpm that this current motor turns. It's on foam tires at the moment.

I don't always run filter on break in if the environment is clean. It's on there now. Looks like there is a hold down provision that isn't listed in the GT3 manual.

Anyone try the gt2 3d front bumper? Bolt in? Didn't look like at first glance. My body has a touch of flop up front.
