I had one of the original shipment. Champange head and a silver crankcase.
Start with both needles flush and only touch the H.S.N. untill your done with breakin and have reached race tuning. If I remember it liked to start the tank around 220 and finish around 240. If you get lost on the needles it will be a bastard to tune.
I am using the 3 port version in a 2wd stadium truck and just went thru the head button bonanza! The turbo button is it's own for these engines. You could use the Red Dot button but you will need some head shims. If you guys are interested when I get back to the shop I can post the part numbers.

i barely touched my needles. and thats how picco says to run the motors.

i have the evo4, and this 7port. both are easy to tune.

only set the high speed richer for break in, then small adjustments after break in for racing.

they have those motors on ofnas westite in the over stock new for 70$
i had one in my mtx 3 and it was real fast and i found it pretty easy to tune
