Default MRX-4X

I figured since we have a new car/upgrade kit I thought I would start a new thread so we don't have the MRX5 thread continuing.

Here are some links to the upgrade kit manual, setup sheet, and parts list.

I have a ? about the MSR spring. Do you use the same distance from the end of the nut as the super hard silver spring? Or more or less?

usually

1.5-2.0 mm depending on your gap and traction.

I plan on starting with the base setup this weekend for a Midwest Series race in Chicago. If I change things, then I will post my setup after the weekend.

Default Some Q's....

Sneaking on the parts list, found this....

Code:
H0515 FRONT DAMPER SPRING YELLOW φ1.8mm
Just curious... somewhat similar to gray springs... and doesn't come marked as an optional part (so should be a standard kit part), but... anyone found new springs on their conversion box?
