Peter Jovanovic is a team Murnan Modified driver from Australia. Peter, congratulations on your great finish. You are the man! At such a young age I have never seen such talent. We are proud to have you part of the Murnan Modified team. Peter's brother Steven Jovanovic is also a great driver, I guess it just was not his week, but still a great showing. Give me a call when you get settled in guys, I want details.

You will be hearing a lot more about Peter and Steven. Both Phenomenal talents. A few other young aussie talents are bound to give things a shake, but at the moment, the limelight belongs to Peter!

p.s. Nice job Grinder, the boys were not lacking any grunt against factory engines.

Default dam pitman

Chris Tosolini had some problems when his pitmen dropped his car in the pitlane & breaking his antenna . I think thats when it all whent wrong for Chris After the 35 minutes Chris Tosolini had to come in for a stop and go penalty (due to his pitmen repairing a broken antenna in front of the pit-line.
I guess he did not get it fixed good because it fell out on the back strightaway . then he CRASHED ..

It must have been a really unlucky event for him, if that was the only reason he lost the title. I am thinking, how can you break an antenna? And that in the pitlane. I've broken so many parts on my car, but the antenna never went down and believe me, I've had many crashes where I have seen the car up to 2 mtrs high in the air and about 5-6 rollovers at a time. Bad for Chris. And I am also wondering what happened to Serpent drivers. Any comments from their side? Lack of power, not being able to find the right setup? During the whole week, none of them was playing for the top.

I want to hear too, especially for those serpent official team sponsor drivers, not the only Japanese Kawa/Nova sponsored driving a serpent racer.

Spoke with Chris, and everything was going well until antenna tube was knocked off(see later pics in ifmar gallery), thereby causing his radio problem. The glitching made it very difficult to maintain consistent laps. He is upset he couldn't win for Kyosho but he tried his best. He had a great week and will be back.
He wants to thank all of the Aussie's and IFMAR for a great, well run event.

Also a special thanks to Andrea, Sirio and Kyosho.

Chris' performance throughout the event was outstanding and he did us all proud - U.S.A., Kyosho and V-ONE RRR owners. Although some of us could only watch the Final from Internet land, we know that he was putting up a really great fight and it if wasn't for the glitching he would have won. He may not have crossed the finish line first yesterday, but he is certainly worthy of the WC title.
