A few tonight then straight back into it for the upcoming FEMCA/QLD/5th Worlds Warmup race and getting everything ready for the 5th worlds next September. In bewteen that I've got the 5th Nats as mechanic for Jeff, John and Craig the Electric Nats the club is hosting plus all the 5th scale state titles next year to mechanic at as well. This RC thing is turning in to a full time gig for me

It's not clear yet if Mike or the #3 finisher of the even semi will make it into the show yet. Only the first two have a guaranteed spot, but the last two places are filled by the next fastest drivers from either semi. So, if 3rd and 4th place in the odd semi are faster than third in the even semi, then Mike and Francesco will be in. If the opposite is true, then neither one will make the final. That's why I was hoping that they would have the results of the even semi resolved before this race - so we would know who made the final.

Are'nt they supposed to be ten in the FINALS?

Those are not final results from the even semi, and if they are, it only means the top two have a certain grid position.

With the way the Even was run in split races then the fair way would be to take the 3rd driver from each race.

But you never know what IFMAR will come up with.

Having been at the last World's I have seen that they sometimes have their own rules.
