He doesn't have a choice because Sirio is the one that picked the car for him, did you forget what car he drove when he won the Nationals?

Default Josh Cyrul allowed to race?

Josh Cyrul is definitely having a hard time today. There has been a protest on his Orion enginges yesterday and he is waiting for a final decision of the race direction today. The protest is about the slots in the bottom of the sleeve. The technical direction has to decide if these are additional holes or not

Of all the things to complain about.

Automatic cylinder conicity adjustment for lower friction

The cylinder is sliced (like a flower) around the bottom to allow size adjustment around the piston for maximum compression with minimum friction. Heat generated inside the cylinder creates expansion of its internal faces, which causes expansion and the formation of a double self-adjusted conical shape. More heat causes more expansion, and less power robbing friction.

I'm really glad that Chris Tosolini is driving the V-ONE RRR in the Worlds. With the exception of David Spashett, all the top 10 RRR finishers from 2004 are back to defend the RRR's World Championship title. Bring it home boys!

Go Kyosho!

Default wc-200mm day two

The lap times have been improved with Chris Tosolini (17.2 sec) and Hideo Kitazawa (17.3 sec) scoring the fastest lap times in the afternoon. Unfortunately not all racers were using their personal transponders yet so we were unable to get precise lap times from all of the fast guys. Anyway we have also seen Adrien Bertin and Fabio Domanin showing a good performance in the last run.

Josh must love coming to Brisbane... Last time he was here with the G4 he had a protest lodged against him for his car being under weight. Can't someone lend him an engine so he can hit the track to get some practice in???

Can someone in Brisbane confirm that he isn't practicing? Why wouldn't he be allowed to practice? It's just practice...

Where do you find the reports of the times and laps? Cannot find it anywhere.

Where was the info posted on the Cyrul protest? Who filed the protest? Why is he not allowed to practice anyway? It is only practice. If there was a problem, why wait until now? The engine is legal in the U.S. and I think in Europe too - why the protest now?
