This is my in-progress, purpose-built, straight-line top-speed demon.
Nitro Racer 2, GPM Racer 2 Chassis, Rossi Maranello .21 modified by Maxy Velazco, WolfPack .21 big block conversion, Wolfpack alum rear belt tensioner, GPM steel universals, hpi carbon graphite front/rear bulkheads, single speed with 26T/37T gears, mugen flywheel/shoes/springs.

packfan - above is where that RB pipe will go!!!!

The fourth picture is my basher - HPI Nitro Racer 2, HD 2-speed, OS .12TR-P Turbo, home-made engine mounts, dynamite exhaust, Novak Xxtra 75MHz Rx, HPI Front One-way, alum pieces here-and-there...

Ivan -

As much as I'd *LOVE* to take credit for it, alas, I can't. there's a guy on RCU, named SerpentKing, who is a guy i run with, and it is under his wing that I have built it.

He's got a car that has been radar gunned at I think 104mph. same setup, slightly more powerful engine, and a lighter Aurora chassis. That chassis probably has less metal on it than a damn nickel! These guys consistently run in the high 80's, low 90's "just playing around" !!

Of course, with that gearing, it takes a couple seconds to get up there, but man, it is a sight! These things absolutely, positively FLY! He's also got 1/8 Serpents, as do others, and these things blow by like they're standing still!!!
