im hoping your continuence with TM stays strong. i do understand the efforts undertaken by you to battle through sorting out issues. i had a bad run for a while with the car, then it all seemed to come good for the states. pitty about some tyre choices for the nats, be good to see you in the A final with the TM.

Why do you run a fuel filter on your pressure line? An old kit i had said to do this to but i never understood why.

P.S: They look fast just sitting there

they use the filter as a pressure chamber and to lean the middle range of the engines.

the best way ti know if it works is to try it. remember to take out the filter element

have fun

yes these are mugen pressure chambers which are very inexpensive they help maintain constant pressure to the tank I have had them on the car for a while now and have worked well so far.
and yes my number one car just got a new picco edo tuned engine and a few weeks back during an intercity meet between townsville and Cairns I got the setup right and the right mindset which enabled me to smash the track lap record at our local track thats against RRR and MTX running modded nova353s . but due to a wire coming out onto the track (myfault) I missed out on any podium finish
cheers

yes thats the one good guess, I have not gone the wc rear and chassis yet as I fear this may make the car to stiff and there fore messing with the cars rear traction lets see?
also did anyone else find that the front wc setup looks a little out of alignment especially on the left side?maybe my left bulkhead has taken a hit?
cheers

How strong are those alloy bulkheads? I'm worried that if i had them i would bend/break them

The inserts are there to allow you to use the non quick change outer bearing - the quick change system uses the same size inner & outer bearing.

If you wanted to switch to the quick change system, you'd just do away with the insert...

if you look at the rules for 200mm ic in the aarcmcc site, it clearly states no use of quick change wheel systems like 1/8th cars. this is for sanctioned events, so state titles, and national titles, there not legal.

Thumbs up

hey hello everyone good to be back!! great news here from cyprus finished 1st in group B after racing in wet conditions for 25 minutes, the car was great!!! i am back on track with the championship. felling blue when hearing that people have issues with the tm cars, i have never broke any plastic part, just replaced them because it was time to, the only downside is the gears, you never know when they will strip off . anyway does anyone have any idea how i can reduce some weight, my car weight a ton after installing the 4mm chassi and the nova air cooler....
thanks..
