put some tires on it and measure your track width at the rear.
if its over 200mm then you wont have a problem. havent used dog bones on the rear for a very long time, so cant really help you there. but look at shimming the hub axle closer to the diff side, see if this helps. as long as the bones wont fall out, and they dont push into the diff cups at full travel, then i think you will be ok. they obviously have more endplay than a rear cv, its just the way it is.

1mm is ok, remember endplay should be around 0.1mm so it should be ok, unless you run a huge enplay gap. but if your track width is over 200mm, you screw in the pillow balls to get it to 200mm, so you infact are taking some play out of the bones.
QLD isnt that far infront, you guys seem the only ones not with daylightsaving. so i think its only like 1 hours difference.

suggestion for the rain ! Perth ! no rain here apart from one day in 7 weeks. no news on the track, at the mercy of Councils . until then , bunbury is the only place to race onroad, unless you want to go to Kalgoorlie.
at least you still have onroad track, off road just isnt the same

Hey guys

this thread is in my bookmarks now and I read it from beginning ... lots of good info here ...

same as Michael (aussies) I got a G4RS last week and nearing the completion of the build which is pretty exciting ! Still a lot to learn for a newb like me but I know I'll get there

will post pics of my G4RS soon !

btw you are right about the rear drive shaft, with same settings as yours, it looks like its about to come out, see pic:
