patto ive had a probem with frount lower pillow balls pulling out on the lightest impacked......
theres just no enough meat on the lower fly arms its happened twice to me once to edd and there low impact crashes,no problems with the top arms yet but the way i drive wont be long.......

anyways my question is how do I fix this?

I was running completely stock out of the manual except for the height I was at 5.5mm rear 5mm front, and I was running 37 shore all around but kawahara fronts and GRP devil tires rear.

Please check diff outdrives.. box stock outdrives wear very fast and driveshaft pins make big grooves there.. when pins stuck in these grooves, car starts to wobble.. I installed K-factory hardened ones and no problems for 5 rounds of championship..

rcrevolution the boucing on the back end could be a few things.
You could could go a bit thicker on the shock oil for more dampening or lighter spring.
Id suggest trying the spprings first.
Also have you built the shocks as per manual setup ??
If yes the thicker shock oil would help.
I use GS oil and 40/45wt is whats working best for me.

You may also have too much rebound when you built the shocks.
When checking, you need minimum rebound. This helps the shock use the oil viscosity to dampen the spring. With too much rebound, the air pressure above the bladder acts as another spring. Making the car bouncy.

When re-building the shocks. Have the shaft into the body about 1/4 to 1/3 in before you place the cap on.
Ensure all the shocks re-bound and compress the same when complete.

Hope this helps. It's just an idea but it sounds as though it could well be your shocks. Razzor's suggestions are also good and maybe what you need.

Try this blue ones in front, stock ones in the rear. Droop 0 in front 4 rear

Bud Bm is right it might be a pssoble cause of your problem.
I build my shocks and bleed the air out then when i place the cap on i push the shaft 1/2 to 3/4 way up and tighten down the cap. When tight i then release the shaft and see that it rebounds slowly to about 1/2 way.
Redo each shock till all feel the same.
Spend some time at the track with a selection of 30/35/40/45wt oil to try out.
I found GS 40/45wt very similar to associated 60wt
its a pity there is no standard to oils
Its one of those things that adds a ??? to trying other guys setups.
