Just watched the video myself to see how bad I was
Can I just say that it was my first final with the car and I didn't want to break it, also that I was in a lower qualifying heat and hadn't run with these faster cars until the final.
I had set the car up to understeer, but watching the video it looks like I set it up with a little too much understeer, but I still posted my best ever lap of 14.11s 5 laps from home and increased my 10 minute lap count from 37 laps to 39 laps. Not too bad for a first outing.

OK, OK, I agree ... not bad at all for a first outing.

yeah, from Ebay, a guy with 100+ listing for sell sounds like a seller then buyer and a sissy name too. I am not a seller. I just let my friend use my account to clear his stock , he was my LHS before close down

thanks for the fast shipment, I will be working on it during my spring break which is next week
I will be placing my old monggose to the center parts of G4S and keep the new parts as spare

I wasn't going to say anything... If you're getting the complete G4S kit, build it... Keep your old Mongoose as your spare parts car...

Default TM shocks

Bean having difficulty with the shocks on my car. Sometimes leaking, hard to get a consistant set up on them.Etc.
Is everyone using these as stock, or is there alternative parts I should look at getting?
I have read of some having difficulty with the bladders and the top eye?

In one of my earlier posts I posted this tip. Superglue the bladder to the top eyelet before you assemble the shock. this does 2 things it keeps the bladder in place during assembly and keeps oil from getting behind it. I have also foind mtx3/4 bladders work well to.

Default Shock Troubles

I took my shock cap's and drilled a very tiny hole in the side of it about 1/3 of the way down from the top of it. It really makes bleeding the shocks alot easier.

it was 1~2 years ago when TM was developing the ball diff, along with ball diff, they were working on some external adjustable shocks like those old serpent shock. Does anyone know what happend to the project ?

I really like the old serpent shock, it is so easy to adjust the number of hole on teh piston but really a pain to build.
too bad I didn't keep it when I sold my 710.
