so very tight engine setting can do engine failure in 30 minutes race.

i had 2nd position in 1,2,3 Heat.

one of sahashi brother had TQ position, and other sahashi had 7th position.

my excellent pitman guy did not participated in the race (he had a trip in japan)

so i requested another guy.. but he is beginner in pitwork.. never used fuel gun.. --;;

so i teached pitman how to use fuel gun, and tested it.

but in testing.. fuel was overflowed. my receiver was wet.. --;;;

i worried about fuel overflow.. but i thought it was no problem.

in A-main Final.. i passed sahashi TQ guy in first corner.

and i had top position.. But the A-main Final race is stopped.

Because one of A-main racer AMB Personal Transponder is not checked. --;;

it was me!!!

because fuel wet in receiver... contact jack was badness.

so i changed AMB house Transponder .

A-main Race is restarted.

i run 2nd position about 3-4 minute about 1 corner difference with sahashi.

then.. sahashi 720 turn upside down by step zone.

so i passed sahashi. and got top position!!!!

But my G4s Throttle servo was stopped in 31 lap --;;

and flamed out.

But.. Throttle servo was run after several seconds.

so i started again...

But Throttle and steering servos was all stopped in backstraight end point in 56 lap.

my G4S go ahead into fence. and crashed. --;;;

front knukle arm,muffler was broken.. so i retired. --;;

receiver fuel wet problem caused my retire. --;;

and.. one of sahashi's 720 broken engine conrod.

and another sahashi's 720 had trouble engine.

so they also retired.

i will try receiver protect project.. ^^

i missed serpent korea cup race.

But kawahara cup will be held in korea in next week with ten of japanese racer.

i will try my best in kawahara cup.

you can see A-main Final Movie in this site. (about 5 minute)

the second starting car is mine!
Gansei...my METAL friend...You totally ROCK BRO!!!!

Shucks bro, I wish I could have flown out there to be your pit man. It's obvious that the fuel over flow messed you up. Big BUMMER my friend.

You definitely proved your skill with the G4S regardless of the DNF. It's a pain in the ass, but you might need to throw a couple of balloons around your receiver to prevent the fuel issue again. I did this just because I never know who will be pitting for me, and some guys are a bit messy with the fuel guns and bottles. So I played it on the safe side. But like I said, that balloon makes it difficult to get to stuff plugged in on your receiver. It's a tuff call.

You obviously were a HUGE threat to the Sahashi bros. You are probably the reason that their engines went KABOOM!!!!

You have some incredible talent my friend, without a doubt! I am way bummed for you to not finish do to issues out of your control, but I am VERY proud of your standings regardless. You showed everyone who's the BOSS!

I wish you the best of luck next time out my friend. I know you will get the issues at hand resolved and come back stronger then ever. Keep up your impressive winning streak bro. It's in the palm of your hands. Just let it happen. Talk soon my friend.

I was cleaning the belts but it is a tedious job.

Seems to be not so bad now using the old WD40 on the belts trick to stop so much gunk from building up on the belts.

Also keep an eye on side and rear belt tension and adjust once the belts are broken in (usually after 3 or 4 runs).

Thanks for this advice ZOOM, seems weird that new ED trans can mess a few things up... Mhhhh does this mean i have more cleaning to do

Well i shall try some brand new belts standard black ones and see how this goes. But the rear change might be the USE of the 52T 1stgear now, was using a 50T and no problems.

Ill monitor it and keep you all posted

Hey, I got the same motor.
Breaking her in right now. They are really tight on the pinch. I still have to pre-heat the motor before first run otherwize the poor starter box has a little trouble turning the brute over

Feels very quick though........very quick !

Have you put any fuel through her yet?

"WOW" what a track..........
Congrats to all the G4s drivers there!!! An excelent result......!

G4s....... making 'A' finals all the time now. So....... still think TM G4s is the underdog?
I don't think so
Well done people. Everyone. I think we're all doing really well.

My new motor (12-3CT) is at last starting to loosen up a little.....
OOoohhhhh yeah baby. Sounds really cool and it's like "S%$#*t of a Sh*$%@el too..........lol.

Some good news on the "lightening project" I've been doing on the car. You may recal I had all the heavy stuff on.....4mm Chassis, K Factory side stiffeners, Speedshot front end etc. I weighed in at a fat 1744g.......without the body!
Well, after some thinking...., and some advice from our friend Gansei.(thankyou sir)
I have shaved the car down to 1710g !! With a little more to go I think
AND.....I still have the 4mm chassis, Speedshot front, front diff' and the K Factory side braces !!
Nead to keep the beast on a strict diet for a little while longer, maybe I'll get her to 1690g....thats the aim.

Sorry about the long post. I'm excited after running the car for an hour this morning.
Thanks to my wife........!
(For taking care of the children while I did so

Good luck all.....and I wish as much fun to everyone as I had this day!!

Good going there guys !!!

I wish we could run a Lola class to replace the outdated 235mm class ,seems like such a blast.
Maybe run it to same rules as 200mm but with outlaw 6mm pipe should get a bit more power and run 8 min heats.
Its so different to touring bodies ,i have a le Mans that my son runs and i try and run it when ever i can.

Not yet..... it's still a virgin

I use NSR S3 berrylium before...... until my buddy passed me on the straight with his JP FX3 . I also have trouble to catch other drivers with Plus12-3CT and OS TZ Speed Tuned. I hope my new engine can run like road runner

Very GOOD engine. On the last race held on PERU, I had the fastes lap with G4S and NR Plus engine. I was almost .5 sec than the secont and 1.3 from the 3rd.

The car RUN great but had bad luke on the final.
