Yeah dude, at least you can get your fix in and keep your skills up with indoor electric. It can be a very intense 5 minutes of racing, that's for sure.

Too much winter this year for sure. It just sucks for us 4 season climate people.

As far as that track, if it's left untreated then I will agree with Frankie. However if it's treated, then it will be HIGH grip without a doubt. 42's all the way around. Are you racing there this year?
Heat wave? hehe, i am also getting one. Going into the 60's today and then back into the 40's. Oh well at least its closer to warmer days then December was.

Yeah thats the track i'll be racing on this year. Cant wait.

It makes sense but its just crazy too me that it does it with too different motors. It makes me think that its some think on the car making the rev to stay high after letting the throttle off. but i'm going to give it a try thanks dude and let me know about the airbrush i order a mazda 6 body and i want to try this airbrush thing....

As far as the cheap airbrush, I did notice that Wal Mart has changed companies for there pinting stuff. I think it's all House of Color stuff now. Which is awesome stuff, but what you want to look for is the Aztec single action airbrush. I posted a picture right above your post there with the red bodies. That's what it looks like. That is like a $25 dollar air brush that works Killer! I'll look around for the one I am talking about. Later bro

I too had the same problem. What plug are u using temp wise? Try something cooler. Also play with the fuel pressure line. Make it longer and try it then smaller and try it. Give it a shot and lmk how it goes.

Ive had this before and it could be one of two things that come to mind.

1 like Serpentd said it might be too rich on the bottom. If it was lean you would get a erratic high idle if its rich it will be a long steady high idle.
Try leaning out teh bottom a 1/4 turn and richen up the top a bit too
if the idle stays high then turn down the idle screw ,the carb might be open a tad too much.
what % nitro are you using and what plug ?

2 maybe the clutch is not backing off when it returns to idle ,check shoes etc.. although i doubt this.

I hear ya bro with both engines. It might be they are both out of tune the same. Do one at a time. Also, make sure that your fuel tank cap is pushed all the way down and sealed. Don't want any air leaks. Also as Nitrobeast said, your fuel pressure line that goes to your exhaust, I always run it 12 inches long. I sort of coil it around a bit and zip tie it or use those fuel tubing holders. I know 12" sounds long, but trust me. A least give that a try, you can always go back to shorter. I wouldn't go less then 9" though. This helps to keep a consistant fuel pressure. Especially when you are letting off the throttle. Just try one thing at a time, though if your pressure line is kind of short, do this no matter what. Keep us posted, and don't forget to double check your tank lid for a good seal.

Dude, I will keep you posted on the airbrush. I know right off that if you have a Hobby Town in your area, give them a call and ask if they carry the Aztec series air brushes. They should and ask them how much for the cheapest one. I want to say it's like $25 bucks or so. This like I said is all the airbrush you need. But regardless, I'll follow up with you bro! Good luck on engines! Later!

im gonna do my mazda 6 body all orange with white and blue flames on the side and a Cf hood and spoiler.

what do you thing?

also the Walmart airbrushes, they are single action, arent dual action brushes better? cause they let you control how much comes through?

and when you buy paint for airbrushes what do u mix them with? as you can see I have never used an airbrush and I wanan try it but dont wanna mess up compltely.

and buying 5 cans of paint to get this car looking perfect is gonna be expensive.
