hey guys took the car to my local track today and it was the first time i had a decent motor in it and was so pleazed with it set up it was great, first meeting this weekend with the g4s cant wait!!!

kodak u racin the weekend ???

has any1 had a prob with the rear body pole's?? mine have broken where the little bit sticks out and clips into the shock tower now they move around due to it breaking off!!!

Good job you've done there.
Did you paint it red so that it'd go faster? Good luck tomorrow with the G4Ss maiden Voyage and have a great Australia day

I had the same problem with my G4,
It's a comon problem with them.
Best thing to do is to drill a hole through where the locating pin has broken off and put a screw in it through the shock tower to fix the problem
It should make it strong enough to stay in place!

yer drilled it out and put a small grub screw but thought there was a beter option or a hop up avaliable from k factory or 3 racing only prob ive had so far, lets hope it stays that way !!!!

anyone knows kit shock spring diameter? what is the equivalence regarding color code? I remember it was written somewhere here but it's urgent

u could be a sissy like gascar24 and leave em in or take em out its personal choice i say take em out but try both see wat u like, u practising at lh 2moro?

Kodak what type of track are you going to be running on ??
Fast flowing or does it have a tight infield.

The spool (pin in) setup is great for out of corner traction but understeers a bit into the corners but is definately beeter than running the oneway (pins out)

After running the spool and loving it I thought i couldnt get the car better until i ran the gear diff upfront and especially after following theguys advice of going very thick on front diff oil.My car is on rails.
Now to get a new powerplant for the new season.
