here we go, excuses excuses. maybe a match fixing enquirey is needed ? maybe the English cricket team heard that if the Aussies didnt win back the ashes, that warney wouldnt retire untill they did ? then it was too late to try and win a game cuse they played themselves out of form by doing so ?

Hey T1bobo,

Don't panic mate. I used to run the Reflex in the Uk Nationals and it does take some time to get used to.
There are some odd qwerks with that car which seam to make things happen which don't make sence sometimes.

I'm sorry I'm not sure exactly what you already know so you may have heard this already.
Disconnect the rear shocks from the A arms. The arms should now move all the way up and down smoothly. Sometimes when the arms get to the higher points in their movement, they get stiff or jerky. This can make the car spin out at some weird times. Also, I found that using a short wheelbase gives more steering and is good on the smaller tracks and the middle setting on the rear bottom A arms is good for the larger tracks.

Also. I found using the bottom shock location on the rear A arms was good in low to medium grip tracks and the top setting for the high grip stuff.
Now, I never ran a rear sway bar and I ran the rear very stiff. The car seamed to like it. I used to run between 23 and 32lb springs on the front with 60 to 80wt oil and 34 to 37lb springs with 50 to 80 wt oil in the rear.(Bumpy and smooth tracks respectivly)
0 toe in front and 2 to 3 degrees in the rear. 2 degrees camber all round.
4 to 5mm ride hight front and 5 to 6 in the rear on 62mm tires.

Most important though is to make sure those rear arms 'fall' under their own weight without the shocks connected and no jerkyness.
Make sure your shocks move smoothly. The stock piston with the o rings are great but you do nead to maintain them frequently. Also, the shock mountings, make sure these are 'loose'. The shock should be able to turn on the mounting but no movement, or very little, when the arm is moved up and down.

I hope this helps.

PLEASE HELP ME!!
If there is extremely low traction use 5K silicon in the rear diff with a solid axle in the front... Only if traction is really low...

I once went to a track that required -1 of droop in the front and 0 at the back to keep the car planted. That means I had to unthread the front shock ball cups a bit to allow the suspension to travel down just a tad more...

You could also try 3.5 of toe in at the back and maybe 4 of rear camber...

Does your track have low traction?? If not let me know to give out other suggestions.

Also check that your dogbones are not binding as the suspension compresses.

The MUGEN Aussie one is a once off, i can only say this as i have really only designed these for TMG4S Fans as we are seriuose in our cars and sport.

Just trying to keep the TM guys as a community together.....

Please dont take it personally its just if i start to do for every make, i wont get nothing done.

Spoken to Team Magic "Edith" they are over the moon in the design i have created and they have been kindly enough to send me a FREE TM T-Shirt for my efforts.

Or you could donate to the Kodak Racing funds if you require a custom Avatar, Lets say $1 AUD for an avatar.....

I just hope we all understand where i am coming from.

Regards
Frankie
