Hope they've improved the strength of it.
I had 2 of them on an FW05, both got flattened in one meeting, it seems that only the slightest door handle rub would squash them, I then put the pricey Kyosho one on and that lasted 18 months without damage, and it performed better.

Default Set up change's?

Ok..............
Has anyone noticed any set-up change's when using the new speedshot baulkhead system and the new Flashpoint rear end system?

I have just ordered them and it crossed my mind.

I fitted the front bulkhead but havent had a chance to try it yet.
rear upper arm though i have tested since I fitted teh quick release wheel setup.
I found the rear needed less camber with the new setup but will have to confirm next tim out to confirm.

I just wish to re-iterate the need to fill the two openings of the rear arms on the alloy bracket of the Speed Shot Buldhead system. I was out with my car and tested mine that has been filled! I tested it against different walls at different angles all for the good of you guys here on RC Tech! It held up beautifully. I believe we ( Raceday Hobbies ) are going to fill ours we have in stock. The alloy brackets in the Speed Shot Bulkhead system pack itself, and also on the individually packed alloy brackets before sending them out!

I had the setting on the Speed Shot at stock and didn't have the time to test other settings. But look forward to doing so in the near future. So I hope all racers that do try different setting let us know what you notice in your car's handling.

Putting on the Flash hubs with the new upper links I believe will need a change in camber and also will give a lot of options to work with also when spacers are played are added and removed. Unfortunately again I didn't have the time to work on different settings. Hard to play with things like this at a one day race.

I will tell you the ED Tansmission is one of the best pieces I have used to see a huge change in speed without shelling out another $400.00 for that "better new hot engine!"

This gearing system as promised is awesome off the line and off the middle of tight corners. The highlight of this ED Transmission is how easy it allows the engine to use all of it's available torque to reach rpm's and pull all the horsepower the engine has packed in it earlier and longer! I was getting ooooh's and ahhhhhh's as my mighty G4S bravely ran down the straight away catching and passing cars that were at least 1/4 down the straight before I even got on it. No special or "hot" new motor this week, just the same old wild azz MF.12MasMo that I had in the car before!

The G4S in 2007 is going to be ( and is now ) the car to beat! Anyone who jumped off the wagon recently better get the hell back on it again and soon! Winning in 2007 will be between the G and M cars next year. If you are a top driver and made a mistake and took the wrong ride, WE FORGIVE YOU !! .... However email me and maybe together we can open the path to Glory, Cheer, and best of all....FUN!

Merry Christmas to all of you and your families. May this holiday season be the best blessed season ever!

Sam
