I'm not sure what makes them good. I just know they seem to get every last rpm out of the engine.

Check out the skyline racing products thread on this forum. Maybe they can shed some light on why they are good pipes.

Cheers,

Mike.

The Skyline pipes seem to have a broader power band.
Similar to JP/Mugen 2601 from my experience.

There's rules that govern the Indonesian Nats Races.. We're using a similar rules with Ifmar. for examples.
for the nats.. we are using EFRA/IFMAR type Pipes..
and for Races like Futaba, Oris or DTM we can use the Turbo pipes.

Yes. Only if you want to race Nats, the organiser wants to see EFRA logo on the pipe. The rest of the season is free style ( no restriction ).

Default G4S Build!

Car is almost complete... I have the radio installed, engine is in and all the linkages are all complete. Must give a big wrap to Team Magic on the qaulity of this kit compared to the old G4 Evo i had a few years ago...

One problem i have had is the steering servo though. I am using a Futaba 9550, spaced it with the 1.2mm spacers as per the manual for that servo. And the steering linkage arm is rubbing on the servo, if i remove the spacers it would rub at the other end on the fifth body post plate were it attaches to the radio tray etc. I have sanded down the tie rod a bit and i am sure it will come good with a bit of use

Apart from that, everything else is good so far

Cheers,

BB

If anyone is not on the list or you know anyone running at the worlds with a G4S post there names please.
Are there any US G4S drivers entered ,if not ,that would be dissapointing.

The TZ & Mega ZX are good motor for the money but if your budget allows I would suggest going for a short stroke Novarosi like the LS3 or the Serpent Mega MF version. RPM based power like thats of the Orion CRF & Sirio STI will result in gearing problems on the average parking lot sized tracks.
