I did actually strip one when I built the car, the screw is still too tight to fall out though, my fault though, I put the wrong screw in the hole, but I have only ever driven the car with it like this and have had no ill effects, well if there are ill effect then the car could be awesome if I replace the part.

Alright guys, I somehow split my G4S rear dog bone. So I need a replacement. Where can I find one? Raceday Hobbies didn't have any listed in their ebay store. Does any other company dog bones fit in the rear, like Mugen or Kyosho something like that.

I just need to find a dogbone replacement before our next race in a couple weeks.

Thanks.

yes mongoose is S class gearing as is The TM Evo version

S Class gears VS origional G4

Second spur gears are slightly smaller than the original G4, the second pinions are the same diameter.

First spur gears are the same as the original G4 and the first pinions are a different size (slightly bigger)

So if you go to S class second spur gears you should go to S class first gear pinions

Found 'em...

Wish I could say I found 'em cheap, but elas, it seems that while every other part on the G4S is reasonably priced, the universals AND dogbones aren't. $15.49 for a pair of dogbones.

Guess I gotta do what I gotta do...

Made a few changes....I just need a servo horn and my project is complete....I like this fuel tank alot better (ntc3) but it was a ton of work...I had to make a whole new upper deck and that was just half of everything I had to do!
