WOW! I wouldn't mind taking your baby out!

I see you've got the same wheels as I have - I found I had to put spacers on the front wheels to stop them from rubbing on the steering arms - do you have the same problem?

Yes, spacers and cutting them down (the width) a hair helps that.

I didn't try cutting them down. Did you just take some material off from the inside of the rim? Having said that, I've just got a new supply of the yellow "Serpent" wheels and they fit fine.

If anyone here orders from Europe, I can recommend www.serpent.at - my last order totalled 133 Euros and would have cost me 178 Euros at rccarinternational!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG SAVING!!!! Also I place the order on Monday evening and received my stuff today! Ok Austria is right next ot Germany, but it still is another country

Cheers, Mark.

I'm facing a few weeks without driving!
Tomorrow my club's track is hosting a 1:5 race I don't know why, but I just don't find 1:5 interesting!
But this means I can't drive tomorrow And each weekend in August I have bicycle races/marathons It's probably going to be almost September before I can do some more hard driving.

I'm really getting pretty well hooked on this hobby - I hadn't ever driven an RC car until I'd built my 705 only a few months ago. At first the driving was really frustrating, but enjoyable. Now it really is fun! I can really start to press the car around the circuit and drive quite agresively.

Tomorrow I'll be missing my clubs 1:5 racing in preference for the Southern Germany 1:8 championship at another track about 40 miles away I'm really looking forward to seeing the 1:8 cars again after my experience at the EFRA event in Bamberg http://www.mytsn.com/publ/publmem.asp?pid=8129

Even if I can't drive myself, I'm going to enjoy some good racing this weekend

Yeah, take off just about a 1/2 of a mm. I do that when the wheel get wobbly from a hit.

Punisher, if I spent as much time as you do repairing your car, my car would be clean also!.
