Default stalls, and starts  please help

Ive bin driving my rc car for about 2 weeks now. Ive gone through 10 tanks and recently just oild heh. My rc car has bin harded to start latly. I checked if the engine was flooded or not it wasnt. But also befor i didnt get a good look, but when i tried with dura trax glo igniter it took along time wich was what i used all the time when it took awhile. Then i used my hpi glo igniter and it started quicker. Im not sure though if that was just my other glo igniter heating it up quickly. This is in my evo and it has t-15 roto. i think the stalls should be gone now i retuned it.

thanks please help

Try checking these-
1. Ensure your ignitor is fully charged.
2. Glow plug may need replacing.
3. Engine may need a retune....try www.cefx.net for tuning hints.
4. Make sure you have good quality fuel
Good luck

I had the same problem. I was using HPI plugs & then switched to novarossi plugs. The HPI had a much taller center spindle & over time reshaped the soft brassy material on the ignitor core. when I went to the nova plug it would no longer make good contact. I wound up having to disassemble the ignitor (I use a great planes unit) by unscrewing the shaft & then used a dremel to shave some of the tip off to get a good contact. also I burnished the brass to get it back to clean metal. This fixed the problem for me. I'm not sure if you can take the duratrax unit apart. The HPI unit will come apart by pushing the trigger unit away from the battery & jambing it on the center shaft you can then simply unscrew it to reveal the postiive lead for cleaning. Hope this helps.
