Are all .12 engines the same size on the exhaust exit? The part where the manifold connects to, are they all the same size colar?

I am after a header/pipe for an Ofna Picco .12 Roar Legal

Yes, most rear exhaust engines today share the same exhaust port size.

talking about the exhaust "manifold" - is it correct the manifold with the smaller diameter for top end , and the bigger diameter for more torque....? tq.
