You see i don't know where the needle should be set, I see that I need to have it running rich, but how rich? How many turns out should the carb be?

LHS techician taught me a step to do piror firing up the engine,

leave the glow plug out, WOT on carb, fill up your fuel tank then put your car on a starter box(or use you pull start), be sure to put a towel over the top of heat sink because fuel will be splashing out from the top. keep doing it for about 2 tanks of fuel by then your heat sink should feel like just took out from freezer. and it should be well lubed with the castor content in fuel.

Then fire it up with rich setting, very rich setting to a point that ppl call 4 stroking the engine for another 2 tanks or so then the 3rd tank grauduatly open the throttle with varies speed. After the total of 4 tanks, you should have a fully broken in engine!

Now this is what I was told, never tried it before so dont hold me up for it!
