Default Die Crystals DIE!

All I can say is narrow band (i.e crystal) radios can't die off fast enough. Even Futaba now has an HRS 2.4 GHz transmitter/receiver combo. No word on whether it's two-way or not. Sanwa? Get your ass in gear and bring out a spread speckrum version of your radio.

As for Nomadio, you either hate or love it but it's clear that spread spectrum technologies are the future. It's finally about time too. Can't you buy a $50 cell phone these days? It's spread spectrum and it's been around more than 10 years. Now maybe Futaba/Sanwa can stop ripping off the RC crowd with pre-World War II technology and stop call their stuff 'advanced'.
