Still no word from Mugen about the new car... They have one of the best chasis on the market but this poor marketing won't do any good!

True, but in the upcomming week there is the Neurnberg toyfair, I think that is the time that the final car is showed and maybe anounced when it can be bought.

I think they perhaps after the Worlds the car may have been refined before its Public Release.

As for marketing, I believe their cars quality and on-track presence is marketing enough. Sometimes the evolutions of the chassis came quick, and other times slowly.

Ive sold my car already so waiting for the new mrx6 . Personally if the car comes in the market I will buy it. April, May September doesnt matter I wont race in this period I will do something else and get attention to other r/c categories as 1/10 off road electric maybe. I am bored to wait something that as been promoted as 'coming soon' . Soon its not a date

although it is available in march, i was always thinking if the 1/8 class is really dying?
my interest in this seems fading day by day.

Although we are going off topic I can understand him. There is a lack of new breed so when the "oldies" quit the amount of racers will go down. The youngsters have more interest in gaming and other stuff and have no budget, patience and technical knowledge to do this high end hobby/sport.

But today many drivers are sponsored in some way or have their own small internet shop. Many of these guys are not racing for fun but do race for their sponsor or the name of their shop and then anything is alowed, Even try to change the rules to own advance. It seems with the less racers there are there is a hard market to keep their sponsor deal or business alive. It does affect the atmosphere on and even outside the track.
