sts pro 10

hey guys,

i was just wondering if anyone has the sts pro 10, and how is the performance of this new contender in North America.....

I had the car for about a week. I thought it would be a nice car to add to my collection. But its not up there with the others. The only thing i liked about it was the centex.

Yea I had it out acouple times. I tried some other things with it. I just did like it. I heard some people like them but it wasn't for me i guess. For the price its a good price but you get what you pay for.

What did you not like about the STS? What did it come with? Front one way with solid rear axle? If that's the case, then I can see your dislike for the car...

It's about the same as the Serpent Impulse. I would think that the setup sheets of the Impulse can apply here. Have you tried those?

Take note that on the Impulse PRO, there are shock towers as the STS PRO 10 does not have.

Well, if you want the shock towers, I would think the Impulse one works fine on the STS.

The front oneway and solid rear is what i have in acouple of my gt-4r n reflex. I like them alot. It just take some time to get used to. The car isn't smooth like the other out there. You can use 99% of serpent part for the car.

Sorry to pick your brain but what can be not right with the STS? Are you referring to the drivetrain not being smooth?

What I am puzzled is that if it's the same design and the design takes in 99% of the same parts as the Impulse, what can be not smooth about the STS?

The Impulse when built wrongly can also result in the drive train not being smooth... Just a thought.
