I run mine at 59mm, and see no problem running at that diameter since there is no tire wear, compound is 45 front 42 rear, will you be at the track tomorrow?

I am planning on coming out and trying the new car on a real track. Mine will be the all white car. I have some 45-42's trued down to 62F and 64R to use as my starting point. We will se what it does, and go from there.

FYI, at revelation, I generally start with 57F and 59R for RRR.

We got to get these others guys out traveling.... Scott, Jo, and Kenny.... I knew Scott wasn't going, talked to him on the net last weekend.... Well if I can help ya let me know... lets pit next to each other also.

Are you running 1/8th as well?
NO 1/8th for me this time, don't like running 1/8th at Rev. I will run 1/8th at the CP toys for tots on Dec 3rd. I will be pitting with Scott Fisher as we are rooming together this weekend so find him on Friday and save us a couple of pit spots.

What Walter said

I have been very vocal in some of my displeasure with Revelation so I will express my positive experience this time. The track is still quite sensitive to temp, but overall I found it to be the best of my now 3 trips there. I had fun and as usual the program was well run. Food was great and Jim is the grill master. I had fun this time. This track is definitely a different animal and it still is, but the change they made to the prep made a very positive improvement.

Thanks Doug...The set up I used at the Fusion was basically box stock. The only change was going to 50wt oil in the front and 45wt oil in the back. The set-up we ran at the Nats wouldn't work at Revelations because of the super high traction. I will post the complete set-up soon.

How are things going at the shop? Have you guys recovered from the Nats?

I hope you find your stuff. I am pretty sure someone turned it in. I've left my toolbox before and found it the next day.

Ditto,

It was a fun weekend...

The Hot links were delicious (thanks to Jim Hotts for personally grilling them) and the turn out was pretty good (they said it was a little over 100 sign ups).

One thing though - having us run under the lights was kind off messed up ! (Some people cant see well at night, eyes are still bloody red today). Kind of disgusted about that.

Nevertheless, looking forward to the next one.
