nitro foam wheels

Which is a better wheel? spoke rim,dish rim or y frame rim? Or are all about the same

Dish is the best, forget the rest.

Dish rims are a bit sturdier and more aerodynamic. Imagine spoked rims like minature fans. At the RPM they rotate if one is warped it can probably throw your ride off balance. LOL. Really though dish is better for the first listed reason.
