Default Kyosho V1RR Evo and RRR share any parts

Hello all,
Need your opinions.
I need a new centax clutch assembly for my RRR (Lost it along with the engine ). Someone offered me a hop-up V1RR Evoluation for $170. I was thinking of getting it and transfer some of the parts to my car. But do they share any components besides the clutch? And is $170 worth it? BTW, a new clutch cost $73 @ my LHS.

first spur and second spur gear.
first spur oneway and 2nd gear clutch assembly.
first pinion (use as second pinion on the RRR).
main axial and mid block axial (may need little mod).
all the bearings.
steering assembly.
break assembly (some parts).
front out drive.
wheel shafts.
shocks (bottom end cap is different, but easily changed).
diff. gears (but not the housing).
some other small parts.

shocks are $4X a pair so i guess $170 is ok if everything is in good condition.

I think someone said that the clutch for v1rrr is only $56 (from some online shops). If this is true, then buying the v1rr evo for $170 seems a bit too much to me.
