I don't have an MRX3, YET.
Kelsey has the MRX3. Tim Long from Mugen donated that to here in Vegas!
Mine is coming soon, I hope. Just need to be real nice to Santa!
Are you interested in some Ti cvds for the rear of the Yoke?

Correctly my meaning:

Hi Dino !

Can you tell me why STS engines and cars are so expensive in Australia.

They are a bargain from Calandra in USA so people are buying them, but in Aus. they are as dear as Novarossi so why should we pay double for STS when Nova is same ???

hi dooods! Just bought an RS12 handmod from CRC with the non-turbo head button. A few questions:
Do I need to add an extra shim if I use 30% fuel? Or are the shims already in the engine more than adequate?
What are the needle settings for break-in?
Are the McCoy #9 plugs ok to use for this engine(with 30% nitro)?
Any other tips?

Thanks

I think I added one of the thin shims, I run 30% Byron's fuel.

I started running mine at the factory settings, maybe out an extra 1/4 turn. I've been running either MC8's, MC9's and I think there's a MC59 in there now. Just keep it smolin'...it'll run fine.

Does that mean I have to order from CRC again for the head shims? So if I run it the way it is out of the box I might have problems with the engine?

Thanks

I ran mine box stock with 30%,
After I replace the front seal, it came off the track at 260 in Vegas, and it was a rocket!
So you might try it just the way it is,

IF the shim is to large( meaning to big around) it will distort, and damage the deal. Trust me, I had this very problem, and Dino was kind enough to show me the light!
