Is this still a competitive car? And are parts easily found for the car? I see Amain still stocks parts as well as ebay. My real question is anyone still run this car competitively?

Shimo went to Mugen, and I believe Collari was running his own custom made parts on his last Kyosho chassis before he announced his departure from Kyosho. I think that the few that are still running the car probably have a good stockpile of spares and are comfortable where they are at. Look at the guys still running the MRX4, that has been discontinued for a while but still going strong.

Two Evos were in the Masters A at the GLC in Toledo. Bob Block qualified 4th with a 17 lap run. I qualified 10th, but was only 1.6 seconds from also running a 17 lap qualifier. I moved to 4th in the main at the 7 minute mark and held it till crashing out, my fault, at the 28 minute mark. My times and position were consistent with previous years compared to the 3 guys that always lead this class. They are all running the newer cars.
My friend at Ashford Hobby still gets parts from Kyosho America. The latest version of this car is still available and it is called the Evolva M3 2012.
Hope that information helps and if you need some stuff for this car, I can help as I have a ton of it.
