Default NTC4 Anytime Soon? or new R40?

Any word if AE will be releasing an NTC4 anytime in the near future?
Or a new HPI top end car?
Both are pretty old even with the R40 update and the Team NTC3.
I'm in no hurry to get into nitro and would like to get one of the above cars.
Particularly a new AE as I hear they are good starter kits.

Heh heh. We have quite a few projects on the board right now. I can't really say what they are, of course, so you'll just have to wait and see. The natural progression is a NTC4 (or whatever we end up calling it), but the time frame is, well, technically, non-existent. Sorry.

Hey Tony, how about an 1/8 scale on road from Associated? That would be excellent and will help bring lots of racers into the 1/8 class.

Well, as long as it's the next big thing out, thats good enough for me. I'll just wait. Cmon, just give us a year.

I would go with what has better local support. Also I know R40 is belt , tc3 is shaft...correct? How much you want to spend or is money not an issue.

Factor in all that good stuff and if its that hard just go with what the heart wants. Cause thats usually is whats going to make you happy.

I know I had a hard choice of team losi buggy or ae buggy. My heart was for losi and I was nothing but happy probably based on that fact.

That would be relevant IF this thread were about selecting a car.
