Here, here.
I'm not asking for what car to buy, I already know.
I just wanted to know any news or updates to either line anytime soon.
A belt NTC4???
That would suck. Thats kinda why I liked the NTC3. But then again, the R40 is badass and it is a belt. So who knows.
BTW, Any news on the R50? (or whatever it will be called)
Were such a sewing circle!

scoobydo,

R50 is due out the same day as the NTC4...What the hell kind of questions are these?

Associated should "shaft the shaft". Its out dated and can't compete with the belts anymore for onroad. You are forced to use a restrictive exhaust system that robs power, etc, etc, etc...

That being said for RTR's they offer very low maintenance.

Damn! I should have known that!
I hear AE is taking a page out of Lord of the Rings and releasing The
NTC4, NTC5 and NTC6 all within months of each other!

Ah, sorry for the confusion. Obviously I was way out of line to confuse his question with him wanting a vehicle, it was soooo clearly stated to where any confusion equals bashing upon post.

Ill be sure to never do this again, thanks for pointing out my errors, I think the community on the whole is now one post healthier.

I hope the new nitro car does not have as much slop in the suspension as the TC4. I bought one and was so disopointed in it , it is now up for sale.

Don't get all offended, everybody just calm down.
This is basically a rumour thread on both cars so speaking out of your arse is allowed!
Slotmchine:
was it the FT edition or the initial release?

Particularly a new AE as I hear they are good starter kits.
It's what I like about TeamAssociated cars. Associated car are good for a long time, they don't need to make a new car each year to stay competitive and you don't have to buy a new car each year to have the last version. I would never buy a brand of car that will be obsolete each year...

And the NTC3 is still a competitive car. Sunday at our local race the NTC3 finish 1st and third in the 30 minute "A" main and there was about 20 cars in this class, I was in third.

I`m not sure what release it was, but this car even went together sloppy.

It is a 2005 edition or HARA edition that sell over at JAPAN only....it is a fully loaded (optioned) R40..........
Sloppy or not..........it is a back to back US National championship Car over Serpent, AE and Mugen....

Rookie....he was talking about the tc4 being sloppy......

also, the 2005 edition(and the hara edition coming the the US).....is more than a better optioned(lighter) r40.....it moves the steering servo under the tank.....mounts the battery exhaust side....and the reciever on the right side.......

the chassis is stiffer as a result.......and the gas tank is a better design(throttle linkage wise also)....

the cars will also have more options.......bit will not be equipped as the 2004 edition...
