Just got this from the ROAR forum... I guess any commercially available body resembling a GT car is legal in 2014 only
Answered my own question......
3. For 2014 season only Ofna and Team C racing flat chassis are allowed. Starting in 2015 All chassis must have front kick up flat chassis will no longer be allowed. 4. Body: Any commercially available factory licensed replicas of ALMS, GT1 or GT2, Super GT, DTM, and V8 Supercar Cars. Licensed Bodies required for ROAR Competition starting 1/1/2015. For 2014 any commercially available body that resembles a GT body. Body must be a 2 seater with 2 doors. 1. Sports Cars: Closed wheel cars designed specifically for racing in full-size series. Engine Head may not protrude above body.

You know the GT8 class is growing and healthy when you have all these options (even more options that had not mentioned so far.....)to choose from for the ROAR Nationals this year! This class is being recognized at the ROAR Nationals starting this year is because all the promotions and hard work from the manufacturers, race track owners/managers, hobby shop owners/managers, all the event sponsors, and the most importantly......The racers! Great job guys! Great job indeed! Now lets get our cars in top form for this awesome nationally recognized event of 2014!

How can 5 ports be enforced at tracks? My track will be hosting its yearly Roar Regional race. I know 100% for sure cheating will be going on. This is nothing more than 17.5 stocking racing. Really hoping this rule gets changed.
