If I live in USA, I will get 29 MHz or 40 MHz because only few have it.

If I live in Asia, I will get 75 MHz.

Latest 3PK synthesized ( black version ) with R113ip PCM receiver.

Get it from www.rc-mushroom.com . RC mushroom have all three bands.

I thought different bands werent allowed to be used in there areas. I would also figure you wouldnt be allowed to race with an incorrect band?

Also the fact that your running that in your area which is not designated, you will have people using that band with different devices and could get signal interuptions from simple devices , non-rc making the threat worse.

Maybe im wrong.

No you are not.

All you said is true. Depending on the law I would believe you can get fined as well if proven that you consciously used a banned band or caused a damage due to an interference.

At least that's my experience.

I really dont think its recommended to use non legal frequencies.

http://radiocontrol.wikicities.com/w...RC_frequencies

I dont see 29 MHz or 40 MHz listed so I guess its a no no to use those frequencies in the us, I'm not sure though as I'm from the uk and here we're 27 and 40 and i stick to it
